The word "ANTIBACTERIAL" refers to the particular treatment to which the material has been subjected. Following the microbiological analysis against the main pathogens of the food industry, no bacterial / fungal growth was detected on the treated material, unlike the articles NOT treated. The results obtained certify our article as "coating material with antimicrobial action".
